Economic Development Support

PartnerTulsa is committed to ensuring all businesses receive the support they need as they grow and expand and can access multiple financial tools to provide the most benefit to a development project. ParnterTulsa manages the Downtown Master TIF, the Downtown Development and Redevelopment Fundservices for growing small businesses and emerging entrepreneurs, among other programs and services. 

Small Business & Entrepreneurial Support

Tulsa Economic Development Corporation (TEDC) is committed to small business growth in Tulsa by providing access to lending and funding or educational programs and resources for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

36 Degrees North's incubator in One Technology Center  is specifically designed for technology enabled product or service businesses that have already displayed a level of market viability. 36 Degrees North works closely with entrepreneurs, funders, and advisors to determine if the incubator is right for each company and vice versa.

i2E assists entrepreneurs, researchers, and companies to commercialize technologies, launch and grow new businesses, and access capital.

Tulsa Small Business Connection provides networking, education, and empowerment opportunities for Tulsa small businesses. 

Leadership Tulsa offers several programs for individuals seeking to grow leadership capabilities 

Hosting Special Events

Information and requirements for hosting special events in Downtown and the City of Tulsa is managed by the City’s Special Events Office. A calendar of special events and road closure map can also be found online.

Reporting Service Needs

Contact the City of Tulsa Customer Care Center by calling 3-1-1 or go online to report non-emergency quality of life issues that you see or experience in Downtown such as pot holes, broken sidewalks, missing street signs, park maintenance issues, street conditions, and much more.

Support for People Experiencing Homelessness

It takes a collective effort to fight problems as complex and difficult as homelessness. A Way Home For Tulsa along with our business community, nonprofit agencies, faith-based organizations, volunteer base, and many others are coming together to work on solutions that are effective, humane and life-changing for the many thousands of Oklahomans currently facing homelessness.
